Being on of the driving forces behind Jamaican horn history, Don Drummond (Skatalites) taught Rico how to play trombone while attending the Alpha Boys School in Jamaica. In his career he's played with such artists as The Specials, Prince Buster and many more. He was also a driving force in Jazz Jamaica.
